3418173 - Quote Request and Quote Message Order Routing to Wrong System Id

Symptom

Quote Requests and Quote Messages are being routed to an incorrect System ID instead of the expected Sender System ID. As a result, the External System ID shown in the Ariba Sourcing UI is incorrect, especially when Multi-ERP functionality is enabled, leading to improper system mapping and potential delays in processing.
