3418173 - Quote Request and Quote Message Order Routing to Wrong System Id

Symptom

The SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network receives the External System ID from the ERP system but does not forward it to the SAP Business Network. As a result, the SAP Business Network defaults to utilizing the System ID instead of the expected sender system ID when Multi-ERP is activated. Hence, We see wrong external system id in Ariba sourcing UI as well.
