3418325 - Onboarding documents not visible in ONB dashboard - Onboarding

Documents uploaded through custom MDF cannot be found in Dashboard > Action > Onboarding Document, even if the user has permissions for all document categories.

1. Navigate to Onboarding Dashboard
2. Select affected Onboardee
3. Select Actions
4. Select Onboarding Documents
5. See No documents available

Incorrect configuration of data collection object.

1. Ensure that cust_subjectUser and Cust_userConfig fields are configured correctly as per the guide
   
   
   
   
2. Create an OnSave rule to populate the field along with the new hire user from the additional data collection user configuration. For information about creating this rule,
   see the Creating a Business Rule to Set up a Data Collection Object Entity for Read Audit and Change Audit topic.
   
    
3. Create a custom field cust_subjectUser. For information about creating a custom field, see the Procedure section of the Configuring Data Collection Object Entities for Read Audit and Change Audit topic.
   
    
   
   
4. Ensure that the custom object has been associated with ONB2DataCollectionUserConfig entity. 
   
    
   
   
5. Ensure that the Attachment Field Configuration to view attachments uploaded as part of additional data collection has been created.
   
    
   Note: check that there is an individual attachment field per document that is required to be uploaded.
   
   
6. Check that the user has the correct permissions have been assigned to the user trying to access the documents on the dashboard
7. Ensure that the target population includes both the "Employee" type and the "External Onboarding user" type to satisfy business requirements. If a candidate has already been hired as an employee, the target population for this user's permissions must include this employee, so that they can see the documents on the dashboard.
