3418361 - Incorrect Syntax in Parameter "service/HTTP/ACL_file" Causing sapcontrol Command Errors

Symptom

After setting the parameter "service/HTTP/acl_file" and using the sapcontrol command to check the status of instances within the same app server, the user encounters a "connection refused" error, for example:

sapcontrol -nr <instance number> -function GetProcessList

FAIL: NIECONN_REFUSED (Connection refused), NiRawConnect failed in plugin_fopen()
