3418389 - Accessing Identity Authentication User Profile page leads to "HTTP Status 500 – An unexpected error has occured."

• After successful authentication to the User Profile page (https://<tenant_id>.accounts.ondemand.com), the following error can be seen:
  
  HTTP Status 500 – An unexpected error has occured.
  

• The following error can be found in Administration Console Troubleshooting Log:

  Upgrade registration failed. Cannot invoke 'java.util.List.iterator()' because the return value of 'com.sap.ids.serviceprovider.ServiceProvider.getProfileAttributes()

• This error is seen after a configuration change was made to the "User Profile" application in the Administration Console of SAP Cloud Identity Services.
