1. You have defined onInit rule under dependent information.

2. You have "Enable Centralized Services for Global Assignment (Applicable for Add, Edit, End and Obsolete actions from UI) " enabled under Company System and Logo Settings.

3. Add global assignment for one target user and proceed to dependent information portlet.

4. A new row added for dependent information with greyed out fields and delete button.

Customer is using Dependent base object for the onInit event type rule.

Please use Dependents Model for the onInit rule, then we can avoid this issue.
