3418674 - Unable to save job in promotion management

Symptom

  • Unable to save job while performing: Live to live OR Live to LCMBIAR
  • When running job it ends with "Unable to save job" error.
  • Create a LCMBIAR file using either Promotion Management Wizard or LCM CLI tool. It will end up with "Unable to save job" error.
  • Below error message was recorded in Promotion management wizard and LCM CLI traces::
