3418706 - BAdi ARBERP_OUTBOUND_MAPPING's BUS2012 related method not have IS_NAST parameter but SAP ERP version had it

Symptom

In S/4Hana system the Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite add-on (a.k.a. Suite Enablement add-on, or BSAO or ARBERP add-on) is available as a built-in add-on with some restriction comparing to SAP ERP system.

You notice that in S/4Hana the BAdi ARBERP_OUTBOUND_MAPPING's BUS2012 related method not have IS_NAST parameter but SAP ERP version had it, why is this change?

Environment

Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite (already out of maintenance, more info in SAP Note 2705047)

SAP S/4Hana in-built version of the integration add-on - J82 scope item
