3418821 - How to delete undesired entry from /usr/sap/sapservices

Symptom

/usr/sap/sapservices file has undesired entries, for example, the instance got registered with START profile, while, START profile does not exist anymore.
e.g.
systemctl --no-ask-password start SAP<SID>_<Ins.No> # sapstartsrv pf=/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile/<START profile>

It's required to know how to remove the undesired entry from /usr/sap/sapservices .
