3418888 - You Want to Know Whether Invoice Summary Document Includes Other Receivable / Other Payable

You wonder whether invoice summary document include Other receivable/ Other payable.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Receivables work center.
2. Go to Invoice Summary Documents view.
3. Search for invoice summary document ID: AAA (AAA represents the invoice summary document ID), and it includes Other receivable/ Other payable.
4. However, when you search for invoice summary document ID: BBB (BBB represents the invoice summary document ID), it does not include Other receivable/ Other payable.

You wonder why the invoice summary documents behave differently.

SAP Business ByDesign does not support Other receivable/ Other payable documents in Japan invoice summary documents since 2018 as this requirement is not legally mandatory.

When you check invoice summary document AAA, you can see it is created before 2018, and invoice summary document BBB is created after 2018.
