3419124 - SSO Logon Is Not Working For Excel Add-in But Is Working Fine When Logging Directly Into System

You are trying to logon via SSO to the SAP Excel Add-in. But you are getting error:

"Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for Access".

If you try to logon to C4C/ByD directly with the same SSO user, there is no issue.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open Excel.
2. Click on the ByDesign Add-in.
3. Try to Logon via SSO.
4. Error.

This could be due to an issue with an older version of the Excel Add-in.

Please kindly download the latest version of the Add-in from the downloads section in your system and test again.
