3419131 - IAS enabled Learning tenant missing User Source System on User records post Refresh

After utilizing a manual Learning Refresh where the target system has IAS-migrated users, the users no longer have the User Source System field populated. Users that were classified as Learning or SuccessFactors Platform in the User Source System field are null post the refresh.

The backend LMSOriginIdentificationApmJob is disabled post the LMS tenant restart for IAS migrated Learning tenants.

Short Term Solution:

• If the User Source System is null post a refresh, please raise a case for SAP Support to engage the Learning Engineering team to run a script for the LMSOriginIdentificationApmJob to be manually ran.

Long Term Solution:

This issue is resolved in the 1H 2024 release. Release information is provided in the Community.
