3419157 - Unable to view the data for Report - Schedule of Fixed Assets - Italy.

Error message: Failed to open report - "Internal Server Error" - Open an incident.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Fixed Asset work center.
2. Go to the List sub view under the Reports.
3. Search for the Report Category - Schedule of Fixed Assets - IT
4. Try to give the inputs for the fields such as Access Context, Company, Set of Books, Valuation view, Accounting Period/Year
5. While running the report no data getting generated, instead there is an error.

Error message: Failed to open report - "Internal Server Error" - Open an incident.

As per the Report Category: Schedule of Fixed Assets - IT - Shows the schedule of fixed assets for each asset class, specified according to Italian legal requirements.

The Report data is actually meant for country Italy.

For example: Executing this report for Company 'ABC', which belongs to countries such as Greece, China, India and so on, does not display data. Instead, the error message mentioned above appears.  ('ABC' refers to Company ID).

The Report Schedule of Fixed Assets - IT is relevant only for the region Italy and in addition to Fixed Asset accounting data, the following information must also be reported according to Italian legal requirements.
