3419216 - Duplicate permission role record in RBP User Role Change Audit Report

• Multiple records for same user in RBP User Role Change Audit Report
• Deleted role appears multiple times during the same time in RBP User Role Change Audit Report
• Permission role seems to be deleted multiple times for same user

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go into Change Audit Reports
2. Go into Create Configuration Data Report
3. Go into Role Based Permission
4. Select RBP Group Change Report
5. Set Time Range
6. Click the submit.
7. Go into Access Reports.
8. Wait until the file is created.
9. Once the file is created, download it in the action field.

Results: The same permission role appears as deleted multiple times for the same user.

The user might be linked to the same Permission Role through Multiple/Different Permission Groups.

Even though only one permission role was deleted, it might appear multiple times for a user in RBP User Role Change Audit Report, if that permission role has been assigned to more than one permission group, where the user is added to.

It is an expected behavior.
