How to classify the candidates in different groups via legal entity, in order to restrict the Dashboard access for a group.

1. When Admins/Managers are not able to view certain new hires based on job information attributes like Division, location, legal entity, etc, you can using dynamic group filter, filters can be applied to the Job Information entity. For example, you can provide an admin with access to new hires only from a specific legal entity or division.
   • For that follow these steps:
     1. Go to manage Business Configuration
     2. Under Filters, select Dynamic Group Filters
     3. Create New
     4. The Dynamic Group Filters page appears
     5. Enable the filter
     6.  Select HRIS Elements -> Job Information
     7. The <extend by n days> filter defaults. Enter the number of days that the receiving parties (admins or managers) can see the employment records before the organizational change. Enter values like 30,60 or 90 denoting the number of days before the organization change that the admin can view the new hire.
        
        
2. If what do you need is to hiding fields for new hires based on country, please note that:
   
   The country-specific fields in Job information are only shown based on the country of employment.  The country-specific information for personal information is also shown based on the selection of the end user.
   
   In most cases, this should be sufficient with one role and this would be the leading practice.
   
   However, if the requirement deviates from one role for all external users (new hires) then a separate role must be created to control the non-country-specific field permissions. Once a new role is created you can create permission groups for that country.
   
   Then in the target population grant the role instead of all external users to a particular group that you created in the previous step.
