3419250 - Application ID is ignored via the UJBR backup only in the background mode - BPC standard

Symptom

When the UJBR backup is executed via the background mode, the application ID is ignored.

When the UJBR backup is executed via the foreground mode, it works as expected.

Because of this difference, other errors may happen. For example, the backup via the foreground mode is successful but the backup via the background mode with the same parameters fails with the following error:

  • Error occurred while reading transaction data
    An exception was raised
    Failed to call function RSDRI_INFOPROV_READOTHERS
