Java Web Start is no longer part of Oracle JRE, as outlined in SAP Note 2677849 - Update on usage of Java Web Start for swing-based SAP Process Integration tools

As a supplement to SAP KBA 1891480 - How to enable logging in Java WebStart console, this KBA describes how logging can be enabled for OpenWebStart.
