Symptom

  • Your company subscribed and running SAP Cloud Portal service, version 1.0 on Neo Environment (your site were created before December 2015).
  • Version 1.0 of SAP Cloud Portal service is planned to reach end-of-maintenance by December 2023 and will be deprecated on 8th February 2024, and from that point on, access to this service won’t be possible.
  • The impact on customers will be that both end-users and admins will receive the following response whenever trying to access Cloud Portal:
