3419316 - Tooltip is displayed in a fixed position in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• In SAC classic designed stories, the tooltip of a Chart is being displayed either on the left or right hand side out of the widget. 
• The expectation would be that it is being displayed similarly as in Optimized mode (it is dynamic, and appears above the highlighted data point).

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 
• Classic Stories

1. Logon to SAC.
2. Open a Classic Story with charts. 
3. Hover the mouse over the data in the chart. 
4. Notice that the tooltip appears either on the left or right side in a fixed place.
5. Testing the same in Optimized mode, the tooltip is dynamic and appears close to the data point.

This is a known limitation in classic designed stories.
