Substitution is not working with Plan Allocation cycles in APP 'Manage Allocations'

Define substitution for content 'Financial Planning' and that substitution is not working when running allocations for plan type allocation cycle.

Standard substitution procedure is not working with Plan allocation cycles,
there are indeed no derivations called during allocation posting of plan data table(ACDOCP).

Kindly consider to raise a Feature Request instead, see KBA 2963059.
