The normalized rating in calibration is not respecting the custom weight configuration at Matrix Grid Reports Performance-Potential.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Go to Matrix Grid Reports Performance-Potential, configure custom weight and save.
2. Configure a calibration template, data source is people profile.
3. Create a calibration session and activate it.
4. Noticed the rating in calibration session is not respecting the custom weight configuration.

This is current system behavior.

If the people profile rating record has a different rating scale than Matrix grid rating scale, the rating will be normalized to the Matrix grid rating scale when being pulled into calibration session.
However, currently the custom weight configured in Matrix Grid Reports Performance-Potential is not supported in the Calibration process.
