How to change license type from 'Concurrent' to 'Named user' in SAC?

• Actions that change a Business Intelligence license from ‘concurrent session’ to ‘named user’:
  1. Changing the user property via Security-Users-Roles-Assign As (Workflow 1)
  2. Adding the user directly to an Analytic Hub Role, via the user interface.
  3. Removing all Business Intelligence roles directly from a user, via the user interface.
  4. Granting the user any Planning Role (by any means – including via a request role)
     • All Planning Roles consume a named-user license
     • After the August Q3 2023 update, removing all planning roles will return the Business Intelligence concurrent-session license if it was previously set before assigning the planning role(s). Before this update, the Business Intelligence license would always be ‘named-user’ regardless of its previous setting
