When attempting to complete the Talent Intelligence Hub migration, receive an error:

Error occurred. Permission Migration Notification Initiation Failed with error Error filterRoleIdsByBaseUserId for baseUserId [null]

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
• SAP SuccessFactors Metadata Framework

1. Log into system
2. Correct all Check tool errors
3. Navigate to Admin Center > Upgrade Center
4. Locate Talent Intelligence Hub and select Learn More and Upgrade Now
5. Select Upgrade Now
6. Migration fails with error

Metadata Framework (MDF) Picklist Value is set to Secured

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions
3. In the search, select Object Definition > Picklist Value
4. Select Take Action > Make Correction
5. Scroll to the bottom, and in the Security section change the Secured field to No > Save
6. Navigate to Admin Center > Upgrade Center
7. Locate Talent Intelligence Hub and select Learn More and Upgrade Now
8. Select Upgrade Now
9. Migration will complete successfully
