3419599 - Regression on Label changing for Employment Details - Employee Central

Symptom

After changing Employment Details label in Manage Business Configuration and enabling any Country under employmentInfo, new label is not maintained on People Profile.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Business Configuration > employmentInfo
  2. Change Label value > Save
  3. Go to People Profile and check that the new value is maintained
  4. Go back to Manage Business Configuration > employmentInfo
  5. Enable a Country under employmentInfo
  6. Go to People Profile and check that the new value is now not maintained

Cause

Release Defect.

Resolution

As a temporary workaround, Customer can disable employmentInfo_COUNTRY.

Engineering has identified an issue in System and Label is not getting populated from Succession Data Model when Country Specific Succession Data Model configure an HRIS Element entity.
Code correction is created and will be fixed in 2411 release.
