3419645 - Formatting of a table is not exported to CSV in SAP Analytics Cloud

When exporting a table from a story to CSV or XLSX file in SAC, the table formatting (color) is lost in the CSV file.

SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD

Version: 2023.16.14

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open any story.
3. Go to Files->Export.
4. In the dialog box, choose File Types as pdf or .pptx.
5. Choose which pages you'd like to export: All; or specify the Range, the specific pages.
6. You can specify the following: Orientation: Landscape or Portrait, Paper size: Auto, A2, A3, A4, A5, Letter or Legal, Page number position: Header, Footer or None, Grid Page settings, etc. 
7. When you've finished making your selections, click OK.
8. Select Export to create and download the file to your computer.

Behavior is by design.

• Currently, formatting (such as cell color, font styles, etc.) will not be exported in CSV or XLSX file.
