In the Form Audit Trail and Report on the form Routing, duplicate entries appear for the same step.

Given a route map with collaborative step and no exit user defined, then any user can send the form to the next step, however, when checking the form audit trail or creating a SAC report on the audit trail of the form, it seems that the send action has been recorded twice.

The association between the route entry records and audit trail records does not use the unique identifier. The iterative/collaboration steps share the same association id and step order in the route entry table. The code does not consider this and produces duplicate records.

This is currently a system limitation and to avoid this scenario the recommendation is to always have a step exit user for the Collaborative or Iterative step.
