Symptom
While adding Higher Duty/Temporary Assignment, error "Time Information is not applicable for Higher Duty/Temporary Assignment" is popping up while submitting.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the profile of a user and select the option "Add: Higher Duty/Temporary Assignment" from Actions
- Fill all the required details in all sections
- Submit
- Error pops up: Time Information is not applicable for Higher Duty/Temporary Assignment
Cause
There is a time off field being incorrectly set during the Add Higher Duty/Temporary Assignment transaction. This field can be set either via business rule, or it can be incorrectly configured under section "Job Information (jobInfo_jobFieldsList)" in Manage Business Configuration.
Resolution
Time Information fields should not be available on Higher Duty/Temporary Assignment form. Users in higher duty can use time management, but the fields are not available while adding the temporary assignment.
To correct this issue, check if there are any time off fields on Job Information (jobInfo_jobFieldsList) section in Manage Business Configuration -> jobInfo, and also check the business rules setting values during the transaction. No Time Information field should be filled during this process.
