3419752 - "Edit Home Page" option not visible when "View Mode" is "Spaces and Pages - New Experience" in SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition

Symptom

Switched "View Mode" of one site in SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition from "Groups" to "Spaces and Pages - New Experience". Then notice at runtime, the "Edit Home Page" option is not visible.
