3419785 - Unable To Find Custom Form Template In The Form Template Maintenance Work Center

Custom form template is not available in the Form Template Maintenance work center

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Navigate to the Form Template Maintenance view.
3. Select Advanced filter & Search for the Template Group.
4. Select Go.
5. No results found.

The cause for the behavior is the corresponding language is not scoped.

The resolution for this issue is to scope the corresponding language for the custom form template.

For example if the language is spanish, follow below steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select relevant project.
3. Choose on edit project scope.
4. Select next & navigate to questions section.
5. Drill down to Built-in Services and Support and then further to Business Environment.
6. Select Addresses and Languages element.
7. Under the Questions for Addresses and Languages select: Do you need Spanish as a solution language? 
8. Scope the option & save the changes.
