3419811 - Solution Manager monitoring is not working properly many DUMPS with DB-Error 590 - SAP ASE for Business Suite.

Symptom

  • SAP ASE is being restarted and ASE error log is reporting this message,

    00:0004:00000:000nn:xxxx/xx/xx: 10:38:44.91 kernel  shutdownproc: shutting down server
    00:0004:00000:000nn:xxxx/xx/xx: 10:38:44.91 kernel  ueshutdown: exiting

  • Corresponding to the above occurrence, ASE Error SQL590 maybe received while trying to logon into the system thru SAP Logon - ST22 short dump - :
    The system got many dumps with error "DB-Error - 590"
  • ASE Error SQL590 after restart of SAP ASE
     Database error 590 with SEL access to table USR02
    > [ASE Error SQL590][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server
    > Enterprise]Dynamic SQL error - Prepared statement 'A0' does
    > not exist.
  • SQL error 590 occurs after a forced restart of SAP ASE while the application servers are still running.
