3419824 - Partial GI/GR is not possible via SHPCON/WHSCON IDOC

Symptom

You would post partial GI/GR for a delivery via SHPCON or WHSCON IDOC. So you only add segment E1EDL24 for partial items/quantity in the IDOC. But still the GI/GR is posted for the whole document with all items and full quantity.
