3419942 - Problem while creating a PO for an awarded quote

Symptom

In the SAP Ariba Sourcing of SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing solutions that is integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, when an awarded quote was sent to the ERP system to create a PO, the following problems occurred:

  • The budget from the referenced PR was not reversed and a new commitment was created for PO instead.
  • The ERP system did not populate multiple GL accounts for the service line items. Although the PR was maintained with multiple GL accounts, only a single GL account was considered.
