3420173 - Microsite ID keeps changing in Manage Recruiting Sites

When creating additional career sites in Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Sites, the microsite ID - visible at the end of the URL and used in Career Site Builder to link them to Brands - is not consistent. If you leave the site details screen and reopen it, the Microsite ID will be a different one every time.
