3420181 - Candidate "Not Started" with all tasks completed - Onboarding

• All the tasks are completed for the candidate in Dashboard, however the Hire status in Manage Data is "Not started" which impacts custom jobs or API's that are using Hire Status as condition. 
• My candidates still show a Hire Status of “Not Started” even though all onboarding tasks are completed in the dashboard.
• The status never moves to “Ready to Hire,” so subsequent steps that depend on Hire Status don’t kick off.
• Downstream processes and integrations (custom jobs/APIs, salary processing, job integrations) fail or stall because they rely on the correct Hire Status.
• We see conflicting/completed task indicators in the Onboarding Dashboard, but the Hire Status remains “Not Started,” creating data inconsistencies.
• Integrations misfire due to the incorrect status (e.g., employees being added to GRC Employee Data incorrectly), impacting business controls and compliance.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

There are "unfinished" Onboarding Tasks for the candidate in BPE (Workflow tasks for example). 

To find the task that is unfinished please follow these steps: 

1. Go to BPE: Monitor Processes 
2. Click in the filter icon > In Variable search for 'onboardingProcessId=[the candidate Onboarding process]. 
3. You will see a task with 'Unfinished' status > this is the pending task.
4. The status only will be changed when all the Onboarding tasks are completed.
