3420276 - Chart keeps loading with "formatInfo is undefined" error in network console when no data in SAC optimized design story

• The chart keeps loading with error in Console window of browser's developer tools when showing Unbooked Data in a Chart and Add dynamic Reference Line.
• The error is: [Unified Store] Exception caught evaluating subscriber selectors: Error: formatInfo is undefined Error: formatInfo is undefined
• The issue only happens when no data in the result.
• No issue in classic story, only happens for optimized design story. 

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.21.13

The issue could be reproduced in test environment with the steps as below:

1. Copy a model from the sample BestRunJuice_SampleModel.
2. Click the dimension Sales_Manager from the copied model.
3. Add a record with Member ID SM12 and Description TestManager and save it.
4. Create a story with Optimized Design Experience mode.
5. Add a Chart with the modified model.
6. Add an account Gross Margin.
7. Add the dimension Sales Manager and select the Unbooked Data.
8. Add a Dynamic Reference Line to the chart, and set the Account as Gross Margin.
9. Add a page filter by enable Show unbooked members and select the TestManager.
10. The chat keeps loading with the error in Console window of browser's developer tools: [Unified Store] Exception caught evaluating subscriber selectors: Error: formatInfo is undefined Error: formatInfo is undefined
