3420336 - BPC web icon does not show after upgrade

Symptom

  • After upgrading BPC to a higher version (e.g. from BW7.4 to BW7.5), BPC web icons are gone.
  • This issue may happen on a few specific computers.
  • Clearing BPC web cache does not help.
    • Input URL http://<server>:<port>/sap/epm/bpc/web/clearcache ( set <server> as your system host name, set <port> as your system port number)
      Input URL http://<server>:<port>/sap/epm/bpc/web/resetcachebuster ( set <server> as your system host name, set <port> as your system port number)
