3420663 - Onboarding Dashboard is not showing Onboarding Documents during Data Collection steps - Onboarding

Symptom

The Onboarding Dashboard do not display attachments associated with Onboarding Documents during the "Data Collection" steps.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

The Process Variant is configured to trigger the document flow only after completing the "Additional Onboarding Data Collection."

 

Resolution

To resolve this issue, you can update the process variant. You can follow these steps:

  1. Verify the Process Variant assigned to the candidate:

    • Navigate to Manage Data > Process Trigger and search for the candidate's process.
    • Locate the Process Variant.

  2. Review the Process Variant configuration in Process Variant Manager.

  3. Adjust the document flow to trigger in the preferred order.
