3420865 - "Define Order" in Manage workflows application.

Symptom

  • Workflows are not executing even though conditions are met.
  • Wrong workflow has been picked.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Open Manage workflows for respective documents.

Cause

Order of the workflow is incorrect.

Resolution

System checks the workflows from top one after the other and when start conditions match it stops and goes inside the steps of that workflow.

  1. Open Manage workflows for respective application.
  2. Select the workflow definition.
  3. Prioritize the workflow with "Define order" button.
