3420891 - Information of trend elements not visible in the Employee Profile after import

After import information for the trend elements "Performance" and "Potential" to an employee, only the information to the Performance appears.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite all versions

1. Go to Import Extended User Information;
2. Select Trend Information;
3. Select Download Data Import Import File Template;
4. Insert the information in the file and save it;
5. Choose file;
6. Select Stop import if invalid users found;
7. Select Import by incrementally adding data;
8. Select on Import Extended User Data File;
9. Navigate to the employee profile of the user that you inserted the information and check the talent profile section.

The field "rating" is not enabled in the manage business configuration under sysOverallPotential element. The performance, potential, competency, objective, custom1, & custom2 are considered rating data, so this field should be enabled.

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration;
2. Under Employee Profile select View Template;
3. Select employeeProfile;
4. Select sysOverallPotential;
5. Details;
6. Edit;
7. Then insert and enable the field rating to this element;
