3420939 - The DTP fails with 'Remote call of destination'

Symptom

After the migration from on-premises to AWS the execution of the DTP failed with the following errors:

  • Error in remote call of destination 'name of the server': Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT', communication rc:
    CM_PRODUCT_SPECIFIC_ERROR (cmRc=20). 
    Message no. RSPC051 
  • Error in substep
  • Operation open_delta_no_data could not be carried out for DTPReq 'number'
  • Exception CX_RS_FAILED logged
