3420946 - RSS Feed URL does not work in Home Page - News feed Tile

"live news not available" message appears in the News Feed Tile

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Login to C4C.

2. Go to Home click on Adapt.

3. Select the given business role.

4. Click on the feed tile.

5. Select URL for RSS Feeds and enter the the given URL and Publish.

6. Notice that "live news not available" comes up in the tile.

There could be 2 possible causes -

1. Certificate missing in tenant's trust list. 

2. Incorrect file format of RSS Feed URL.

1. Make sure that the certificate is maintained in the tenant's trust list (follow the below KBA)

2. The RSS feed would need a dedicated file path containing the ".xml" extension in the file path. <filename.xml>
