3420973 - Execution of LI21 or LX23 does not update WM data

1). You are trying to clear stock in LI21

• You have posted stock to the differences bin (ie 999)
• On clicking "Write Off" a material document is created, but on re-entering LI21 the WM data is still visible.

2) . You are trying to clear differences in LX23

• You have created the batch job MI_MB10 after selecting "Clear Diff." in LX23.
• After processing the batch job successfully, the differences still remail in LX23. 
• In some cases the differences have actually grown.
