Symptom
Planning Professional License has been dropped from 115 to 60 for the tenant.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud Version: 2023.21.13
Reproducing the Issue
- Go into SAC > System > Overview
- Note that the planning professional licenses has been reduced.
Resolution
- Check with your Account Owner if there had been any contract changes made for the tenant or not.
- If there has been no such contract changes made, then create a ticket to product support under LOD-ANA-LS component.
