You are trying to archive and extract PDFs documents from the system, for example, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Supplier Invoices, however the system doesn't have an option to perform this action.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Cause
The document archiving feature is currently not supported in SAP Business ByDesign systems, as the PDF documents are generated in runtime in the system. Therefore you are not able to extract the document in PDF format.
Resolution
As a workaround it is possible to download manually the PDF document in the system and upload as an attachment in the document.
After the PDF documents being uploaded you can request an attachment extraction, to extract the PDF documents in the system.
