The language used in the instance has a custom translation

In Manage Languages and in Custom Translation column, click on "custom_english(Enabled)" it's possible to download the file uploaded for the translation, in this file the key COMMON_View_Details has no value.

The custom translation is implemented by an implementation partner or an admin, contact the partner that has implemented this customization in the instance and correct the key COMMON_View_Details

Disable the custom translation in "actions > Disable custom translation"
