3421087 - IBP – OBP: Master Data Workbook, Manage Master Data App and/ or "View" Apps discrepancy

Master data was integrated into the planning area based on SAP7F using methods other than Real-Time Integration (RTI), such as:

• Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS)
• File upload via the Data Integration Jobs app
• Integration using operators

Master data is available in:

• Excel master data templates
• Manage Master Data app

However, there is a mismatch with the master data shown in View apps, such as:

• View Location
• View Location Product
• View Transportation Lane
• View Production Data Structures, etc.

The master data is not being considered by the planning job.

When checking Master Data Consistencies in the Manage Master Data app (Select master data > Check Data Quality > Check Consistencies), you may encounter warnings/errors such as:

• “...MDT XXXX contains master data that isn't in sync with OBP MD Store”
• “...master data is missing from OBP storage for XXX in master data type XXX”

• SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• SAP Integrated Business Planning (SCM-IBP)

OBP, not visible in "View" Apps, OBP MD Store, master data is missing from OBP storage, master data mismatch, Master Data Discrepancy, View Location, View Location Product, View Transportation Lane, View Production Data Structures, Excel, Manage Master Data , KBA , SCM-IBP-MDS , Static Master Data , Problem
