With the HANA authorization trace profile set to Info (see 2370781), you notice exceptions similar to the following:

SYS.<object name>

Alternatively, following Resolve Insufficient Privilege Errors to understand an insufficient privilege exception GUID, you see that your database user is missing the SELECT object privilege on a SYS schema object.
