3421111 - Activity type quantity changed in APP 'Cost Centers - Actuals' after order settlement

Before month end closing activities, user perform overhead allocation with variable portion of activity type quantity,
however, user found the activity type quantity is changed after month end closing, such order settlement.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Order settlement receiver is Cost Center, and "By cost element" is ticked in allocation structure YP - Settlement cost element,
order settlement will be performed as per cost element, the settled values will be posted to the original accounts with quantity adjusted in cost center. 

This is a standard behavior.
