3421149 - DB6CONV table conversion reports SQL2036N error on HADR standby database.

Performing DB6CONV table conversion (using "Load -> Recoverable" option) on HADR primary triggers SQL2036N error on standby database, making the standby db inoperable with log replay stopped and tablespace stuck in RESTORE PENDING.
