3421262 - RE-FX valuation: Error message RECEPR008 is raised using Asset Retirement Obligation

Symptom

When simulating the valuation using a condition with valuation property “Asset Retirement Obligation”, the error message RECEPR008 "It was not possible to determine a valuation-relevant condition" appears.
