3421425 - URL redirected to IdP URL even after following workaround - Onboarding

IAS is enabled on the instance, but the URL is not sending the "pm_product_name = ONB" token in the welcome emails. 

If you try a workaround to change the message and add the token, it's not working.

When IAS is enabled and has already been migrated or created using the SCIM IPS Connector, candidates will receive the link following IAS configuration. This is expected behavior. 

These are the standard steps after IAS activation:

1. Onboarding of new hires is synced to IAS.
2. New hires receive an IAS Account Activation email to set their passwords in IAS.
3. New hires receive a login URL without the parameter "pm_product_name = ONB" in their emails.

This workflow applies to instances that are already using the SCIM IPS Connector. The parameter "pm_product_name = ONB" is only added when the instance still uses ODATA IPS.
